Our service commitment
Aside from the initial lockdown in March 2020, we have been working throughout the Covid-19 pandemic either from home our our office.
Our entire team is available by phone 10AM - 3PM Monday through Thursday.
In office, we are hosting socially distanced meetings with proper Covid-19 sanitation protocols being followed before, during, and after each meeting.
Also, We are happy to now offer online video call meetings, where you can schedule a time to chat with Ken right from the comfort of your home.

Keeping you safe
Our top priority is to keep our employees, clients, vendors, and community partners safe during the COVID-19 crisis.
We have adopted all the required protocols published by the Chief Public Health Officer, the PHO (Provincial Health Officer), and Interior Health Medical Health Officers, plus a few more of our own in an effort to keep you safe, and to minimize the possibility of anyone catching the virus.
While our office is open to visitors, we encourage our clients who may be especially vulnerable in public to “meet” with us via phone or video if possible.
We will do our best to make sure our office is safe for your next visit!
Keeping our team safe
Our team has been trained on all the current COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocols, and are kept up to date as things change.
We have strict guidelines for our employees in place and employees who are feeling unwell will be asked to stay home.
While we love having our entire team together, we continue to offer remote work to our employees whenever possible.

We know many of our clients are experiencing tremendous stress and anxiety during this time.
Some have family members who have been furloughed or laid off permanently and need support. We know that keeping your financial plans and insurance policies up to date during this difficult time is imperative.
